We are redesigning our network so we will not be effected by the satellite
feed dieing again.

First we must apologise for not writing to you earlier however we now
take this opportunity to inform you of some of our recent activities.
We have upgraded modems on the Gold Coast, Grafton, Coffs Harbour
& Port Macquarie. We have also recently relocated our server
equipment from Southern Cross University to our own premises.
The move coincided with a number of new equipment upgrades including
new Compaq servers, new routers and modem upgrades in Lismore. We have
also installed a satellite service to bring you faster connection speeds
via a direct link to the USA. We are still tweaking our equipment &
again apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused since our

connection speeds and in the new year, we will start to rollout 56K
modems to further improve the service.
The move provided us with an opportunity to optimise our network
topology. This has resulted in a number of changes to our network
settings. We have developed some utilities to automatically change your
settings for you. These utilities can be downloaded from our Technical

The following changes have been made to our settings and will need to
be altered by all customers. These changes can be simply and quickly
made by just following our step by step instructions.
Users who are familiar with their computers can either manually
update the values or they can download a utility to automatically
upgrade the DNS settings however the email settings will still need to
be altered manually. The DNS utilities can be downloaded from:
New DNS Settings
Primary DNS: 126.96.36.199
Secondary DNS: 188.8.131.52
(Incoming mail/Outgoing mail/SMPT)
These changes need to be reflected in the Setup Manuals. If you wish
to manually update these settings in you manual the pages requiring
