| The North Coast Spatial Information Group welcomes visitors to our web page and hopes that our links to other spatial information sites and other resources are useful to you. We began with the aim of furthering the use of GIS information by providing an avenue for interchange of information by members of the GIS community on the North Coast of NSW. | Our membership is drawn from all areas of the spatial information community - private companies, individuals and all levels of government are or have been involved at one time or another. Our members are hands-on users, surveyors, mappers, Landcare group members, planners and engineers to name just a few fields of expertise... |  |

| We hold bi-annual meetings in May and November, which involve guest speakers from leading edge organisations who speak about areas such as GPS, photogrammetry, aerial photography and satellite imagery as well as on the many facets of GIS operations. We are specialists helping specialists and providing opportunities to duscuss issues and problems and new developments. We are especially proud of providing a venue for students to present their work in the spatial information field. |
