Last week I was talking to my mother, who is very religious but absolutely clueless. We were discussing my infertility, and I was telling her how frustrating it is that I've been trying for four years to get pregnant with no success. She told me that I should pray to God to bless me with a child. (Like I've done something wrong and God wont "bless" me.) I told her that I have been praying, but that it's not doing any good, to which she replied: "Maybe you're not doing it right." With a confused expression on my face I asked "WHAT?", and she replied: "Maybe you're not praying properly." Ooooooh! So that's what the problem is.
