Nornet believes in supporting our local community Non Profit Organisations. Apart from sponsoring local community events from time to time, Nornet has a permanant arrangement to help out commuity organisations get on the net. The services we offer are as follows:

The only requirement for free hosting of Community sites hosted by Nornet is to display a Nornet logo on the index page of the site saying, "Hosting Sponsored by Nornet". This logo is displayed below and can be obtained by right clicking your mouse, selecting 'save image as', then saving the image on your hard drive which can then be placed onto your web site.

To set up a web page or domain on our servers we charge a once off $25.00 fee, then hosting is free (normally $110.00 per quarter) however Any Moves, Ads, Changes or Deletes (MACD) requested of us will also be charged a $25.00 fee to cover our administration costs Click here to visit our web hosting policies for content and usage guidelines.

If you wish to register a domain you can do this by going to http://www.nor.com.au/?page=registration and see the pricing options. As a community organisation you are entitiled to register a .org or a .org.au these domains are cheaper than a commercial domain name.

Lastly you will need your web site designed by either someone in your community group or we can organise a quote to do this for you.
